Manage Your Checks Anytime, Anywhere

With COMTRUST Mobile Deposit Capture, you can conveniently deposit checks anytime, anywhere using our mobile app—no need to visit a branch!

Go to your App store and download the app and follow the instructions below if you want access with Face ID or Fingerprint authentication.

*While the COMTRUST app doesn’t include built-in biometric login, you can still take advantage of your phone’s Face ID or fingerprint features to securely store your password and simplify access. Here’s how to set it up:"

For iPhone:

  1. Go to Settings > Passwords.
  2. Add your COMTRUST app login information.
  3. Enable Face ID or Touch ID for autofill.
  4. Next time you log in, select the saved password and authenticate with Face ID or Touch ID.

For Android:

  1. Open your phone's Settings > Passwords & Accounts.
  2. Add your COMTRUST app login credentials.
  3. Enable your phone’s biometric authentication for autofill.
  4. When logging in, select the saved password and confirm with your fingerprint or face scan.

ELIGIBILITY AND TRANSACTION INFORMATION

Eligibility Requirements :

  • Checking account must have a 60-day transaction history and be in good standing.
  • Must be enrolled in COMTRUST Federal Credit Union’s Mobile Deposit app and have a valid email address.
  • No delinquent loans over 30 days.
  • Business Accounts are not eligible for Mobile Deposit.

Transaction Information : 

  • Cut-off time for same day deposit is 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays). The credit union reserves the right to delay the availability of deposits.
  • Maximum daily deposit of $1,000
  • Maximum rolling 30 day deposit limit is $4,000
  • Maximum of 5 items per day

Proper Endorsement :

In order for your submitted check to be processed it must be properly endorsed. Checks that are not properly endorsed will be rejected and  you may be subject to a fee outlined in your fee disclosure. On the back of the check all payees must :

  1. Write "For Mobile Deposit to COMTRUST FCU Only"
  2. All payees sign their name
  3. Write the account number and account type that you want the check deposited in.
  4. Write the date the check was endorsed.
